The best way to submit your warranty claim is to register with us first by clicking on the Members button on the top right and submitting the Warranty Form inside your membership page. If you do not wish to register with us, you may also complete the Warranty Form below and a representative will contact you shortly regarding your claim.
Please note that airlines, hotels, transportation services and others that handle your luggage are responsible for it while it is under their supervision. Should the luggage suffer damage during that time period, please contact the responsible party immediately.
