We are very confident in the integrity of our product and as such we offer a 10 YEAR Limited Warranty against any manufacturing defects. We go to extreme lengths to test our products to ensure they meet our standards as well as the rigors of travel. The best way to submit your warranty claim is to first make sure you have an account with us. If you do not have an account yet, you can sign up by clicking the Login button located on the top right corner of the website. If you already have an existing account, you can start by filling out the warranty form below. A representative will contact you shortly regarding your claim.

Please note that airlines, hotels, transportation services and others that handle you luggage are responsible for the damage which it is under their supervision. Should the luggage suffer damage during that time period, please contact the responsible party immediately.

Do your suitcases have a warranty?
Yes – for ten years! Our Classico suitcases are guaranteed by a ten-year warranty that covers any damage to the wheels, handles, or anything else that functionally impairs the luggage. If anything breaks, we will fix or replace it for you.
How do I register my luggage through your website?
We have recently updated our website so the registration function is no longer available. While all of our warranties will still be honored without a registration, please keep a copy of your receipt in case you do need to submit a warranty claim.
Overseas Warranty
Unfortunately, we are not able to service international warranties at this time. Instead, we can ship you spare parts for free to a U.S. address or offer credit towards a new purchase.
